Lifts
- Pulley replacement completed across towers
- Battery replacement and UPS serviced
- Door motor repaired across towers
Civil / Infrastructure
- Chajja cleaning completed for Towers A, B, C, D, and E
- Ongoing tile repair drive underway
- Signboards refreshed; material trolleys added
- Parking bays re-marked
Water / STP / WTP
- WTP pipeline repaired
- STP butterfly valve replaced
- Final water distribution pipeline work done
- Pressure tank replaced to restore water supply consistency
Electrical
- Aster panel auto-changeover switch replaced
- Festive and common-area lighting installed
- Wi-Fi nodes added in basement to strengthen CCTV uptime
Sports & Recreation
- Football goal posts installed
- Cricket turf fully laid and opened
- Snooker table and area maintained and upgraded
- FnG badminton courts upgraded with enclosed structure
